Plotbase|PM can keep it simple with voluntary, basic spreadsheet tracking or can be configured to require accounting data entry. It can produce invoices, packing lists or even be fully integrated with your current accounting software. Accurate tracking and billing is a key feature, since only the prints which have actually been successfully plotted will be recorded for billing or reporting.

A simple Job Confirmation Sheet can be printed on a small format printer whenever desired, or automatically for all jobs and plots.

A Job Flag Sheet can easily be turned on by the client to create a separation sheet between sets, with notes and tracking information.

ADDITIONAL  Tracking & Accounting Capabilities: 

The Users can:

- Type customer data in manually for up to 11 fields of data or select from pull down choices which are created and maintained by the administrator.

- Be alerted & prevented from printing or copying when they haven't entered required data.

The Admin can:

- Populate up to 11 fields of information with pull down pre-populated choices for the users.

- Force entries for any numbers of fields (or the job won't print).

- Allow non-billable exceptions to selected or all users while still tracking what they print.

- Create price lists and generate invoices from the accounting client application.

- Enter values and differentiate costs between various customers, print categories, media types, etc. while also integrating tracking and invoicing of Copies with the optional Scan application 5.5.

- Create reports for any date range to see activity on any account, project, cost center, etc.
